Pearl Health Center

The owners of this medical practice wanted to purchase their own building and bought a run-down 1920s clinic in need of remodeling. The Pearl Health Center's program combines traditional and non-traditional medical services, including general practice, mental health therapy, and acupuncture. One of the challenges we faced while working on this project was escalating material costs. We discussed this openly with the client, and together we made the choice to scale down the project a few times for the sake of the budget.
