The Phoenix Residence

The Phoenix is part of a modular new build development we designed in partnership with Roost Builders. With this home in particular, we kept Universal Design philosophies in mind to create a space that would be safe and comfortable for someone aging in place. A few considerations we made include a first floor primary suite and laundry, a ramp in the garage to allow for a stairless entry to the home, and ADA standard 36 inch wide doors throughout.
